Our bodies move with softness and flow, mirroring the natural rhythms of water—whether in a gentle stream or powerful currents. Through continuous, uninterrupted motions, we connect with water’s essence, learning to navigate uncertainty with grace.

Water reminds us of our innate ability to adapt and overcome, encouraging us to face challenges with confidence and flow through life’s changes.

Meditation flow

This 17 minutes meditation begins with an introduction of the Water element and how this translates to dance movements. The meditation officially begins with breathework, followed by a guided flow with the opportunity to practice dancing as one with Water. As with every meditation, Reena ends with 3 actions that you can take to continue to deepen your connection with the Water element and integrate this into your physical, emotional and mental wellbeing.
