In this practice, we connect deeply with the grounding energy of the Earth. This is a great starting meditation for those new to this practice.


We will explore how to connect with the qialities associated with Earth, like stability, groundedness, strength, and nourishment. My guideance follows movements inspired by Earth, including heaviness, strength, and a sense of rootedness.


Once completing the meditation, know that you can return to this feeling of connection and stability anytime you need it, simply by remembering the Earth beneath your feet.

Meditation flow

This 16 minutes meditation begins with an introduction of the Earth element and how this translates to dance movements. The meditation officially begins with breathework, followed by a guided flow with the opportunity to practice dancing as one with the Earth. As with every meditation, Reena ends with 3 actions that you can take to continue to deepen your connection with the Earth element and integrate this into your physical, emotional and mental wellbeing.
