It works for all hair types, including coloured hair. The hair oil has been created to moisturise and hydrate your hair, so especially helpful for courser hair that has been dried.

Yes. Fundamental Hair Oil can defnitely be used on your beard. Just be sure to avoid ingestion and contact with your eyes.

When it comes to hair growth, the oil works by maintaining moisture in your hair, which is essential for preventing breakage as your hair grows, especially if you colour your hair. Our oil is also enriched with natural ingredients like rosemary and avocado oil, which help improve blood circulation in the scalp and stimulate hair follicles—both crucial factors for encouraging healthy hair growth. 

That said, hair care is influenced by several external factors such as diet, potential vitamin deficiencies, and environmental conditions. While you're working on these aspects, using our Fundamental Hair Oil can play a key role in supporting your hair care journey and providing the nourishment your scalp and hair need during this time.

The Caprylic / Capric Triglyceride is from Coconut.

For regular use, we recommend applying the hair oil to towel dried hair, after washing. However, you can also use the hair oil as an overall hair mask that can be massaged into your scalp and as a pre-wash mask, on occasion.

Fundamental Hair Oil is directly shipped from the UK, to most countries around the world, apart from UAE countries. We are currently finding an alternative option, such as a local distributor that can manage sales.

For EU orders, you will receive a tracking number, and customs charges may apply, which will be collected by your local postal service. Please keep an eye on any communications from them. We cannot take responsibility for lost or returned orders due to unpaid customs fees.

Hair Oil is shipped between 3-5 days from placing your order. We’re only 2 people working behind the scenes, so we appreciate your patience. We ship via Royal Mail—once the order is in country, your local delivery service leads on postage. Worldwide delivery from despatch: 6-7 working days to reach your local delivery service.

This varies between our hair oil and the merchandise.

For hair oil, you will not be charged additional taxes to orders in the US, as this is already applied at check-out. However, this may vary for merchanside. No additional tax will be applied to the UK.

For other international orders, orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs charges. The charges vary by country, and at this time, we are unable to calculate them in advance. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office. If such a fee indeed gets imposed on your package, you are responsible for its payment.

If your order is not claimed on your end and we receive the parcel back at Fundamental HQ, we will notify you via email and issue a refund for the cost of the hair oil, minus the actual postage fee.

If you haven't received your order and we do not receive a returned parcel, please reach out to us at info@scientificallysavage.com to check on the status of your order. However, please note that this may be an issue best addressed directly with your local delivery service.

Any evidence of unclaimed orders by the customer that is not received by the customer or at Fundamental HQ is no longer the responsibility of Fundamental HQ, and therefore a refund will not be applicable.
